Just tried your Live Demo Weaviate GraphQL front-end:

question: "What is Kademlia?"

answer: "a genus of flowering plants belonging to the family apiaceae"

Perhaps I did something wrong, but the correct answer "Kademlia is a distributed hash table" was not within the first 10 results.

I understand that Kademlia is a rare term, but nevertheless it has its own Wikipedia entry. So perhaps combining keyword search and vector search would be helpful in this case?
